Eileen Hannegan

Co-Director and Senior Executive Coach, Cornerstone Executive Coaching Division

Eileen Hannegan is one of the first Organizational Development consultants to introduce coaching into business in 1989. Author of two books, training manuals and numerous articles, she has coached many business professionals, executives, teams and managers, and has mentored numerous coaches.  With more than 20 years of consulting and coaching experience, she has held positions on the national board of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA), and was the founding President of the San Diego Chapter of PCMA. Eileen is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is the co-director with Wanda Lee, MCC, CCEC of the Cornerstone Executive Coaching Division, and Lead Trainer with the Cornerstone Training Institute. Eileen is co-creator of the Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach Training Program with Kip McClure, PCC, CCEC, and is a Cornerstone Certified Executive Coach (CCEC). Eileen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and a double Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is the principal owner of San Diego Master Coaches, LLC, and an Approved Provider for Continuing Coaching Education by the ICF.

Eileen is a Co-Director and Senior Executive Coach of the Cornerstone Executive Coaching Division, and Lead Trainer of Executive Coaching Skills for the Cornerstone Training Institute.
